FS is concerned with 2  subjects: Food + Security. Our main attention goes to addressing how food and security issues affect humanity.

For a moment, for example, think about it this way…

Food is produced on farmlands, certainly not in government palaces in Africa, a continent ravaged by realities ranging from internecine conflicts, transatlantic slave tradings, post-modern religious wars, cultural incongruities, corruption and inadequate leadership in government, epic greed and avarice, etc. As if the continent has not seen the worst of all, terrorism has now been added to the woes of a beleaguered continent.

To address these subjects, FS combines scientific and pragmatic cultural methods with a cursory surveying and examination of any combination of the duo— food and security— from their general outlook. Finally, cultural realities, including the dominant political thematic, is fully explored, in order to arrive at meaningful resolution of target subjects and how they foster hunger and/or insecurity in a challenged continent.
