Democratic Republic of the Congo

Literally the Democratic Republic of Congo shares borders with Uganda Rwanda and Burundi (eastward); the enclave of Angola at Cabinda, the Republic of the Congo, and the Atlantic Ocean (westward); Zambia and Angola (southward); and Central African Republic and South Sudan (northward), demarcated to the west from Tanzania by the Tanganyika Lake in the east.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo is sometimes mistakenly associated with and/or confused for Republic of the Congo.
